Welcome, Prayer Team Member

This is the new Daily Prayer Briefing email format. This early version is all about beta testing the primary 14-step automated process. All the READ MORE links should work well. Each click is tracked and documented. A bit later, we'll switch to further refining the design the appearance. Ideas and comment are welcome :)

This first section will house a short personal type greeting, message (like this one) or information for our members.

There are two promotional sections (hidden for now) allowing us to announce upcoming activities or build better value with our members.

Thank you.

THE DAILY PRAYER BRIEFING

President Donald Trump is expected to announce replacement officials for vacant positions in the Federal Reserve and Bureau of Labor Statistics.

President Trump fired the previous commissioner of the Bureau of Labor Statistics last week after the jobs report for July indicated that employment numbers missed their predicted gains. The bureau also made massive downward revisions to employment numbers released earlier this year.

"We need accurate Jobs Numbers," President Trump stated. He said the previous commissioner "will be replaced with someone much more competent and qualified. Important numbers like this must be fair and accurate."

National Economic Council Director Kevin Hassett pointed to the bureau's major revisions to jobs numbers months after their initial reports, saying, "The president's highest priority that the data be trusted and that people get to the bottom of why these revisions are so unreliable."

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us ...
  • For wisdom for President Trump as he selects individuals for federal economic posts.
  • For government officials to serve in their departments with honesty and integrity.
  • For Director Hassett to be discerning as he heads the National Economic Council.
