Today, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Farm Service Agency opens enrollment for Stage Two applications under the Supplemental Disaster Relief Program (SDRP) for farmers. The Stage Two assistance includes eligible crop, tree, bush, and vine losses that were not covered under Stage One program provisions.
