The commissioners of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) are holding a joint event today to discuss collaboration to advance President Trump's goals for the future of cryptocurrency.

The Senate Committees on Foreign Relations and on Intelligence, respectively chaired by Senator Jim Risch of Idaho and Senator Tom Cotton of Arkansas, are considering President Trump's nominees for State Department and national security positions.

The Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry, chaired by Senator John Boozman of Arkansas, is holding a hearing to consider legislation entitled "Digital Commodity Intermediaries Act."

The Senate Committee on Aging, chaired by Senator Rick Scott of Florida, is holding a hearing to examine truth in drug labeling.
