THE DAILY PRAYER BRIEFING

Today, President Donald Trump is scheduled to repeal guidance that has been the foundation of climate regulations from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The legal framework has been used by the agency since 2009 to address greenhouse gas emissions.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said, "President Trump will be joined by Administrator Lee Zeldin to formalize the rescission of the 2009... endangerment finding. This will be the largest deregulatory action in American history, and it will save the American people $1.3 trillion in crushing regulations."

The Senate Armed Services Committee, chaired by Senator Roger Wicker of Mississippi, is holding hearings today to examine the United States' small drone industrial base.

The Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee, chaired by Senator Bill Cassidy of Louisiana, will hear testimony in the hearing titled "Restoring Integrity: Preventing Fraud in Child Care Assistance Programs."

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us ...
  • For wisdom for the president and EPA administrator as they make revisions and rescissions to climate guidance and regulations.
  • For the chairs and members of the congressional committees of both houses as they seek to provide oversight and conduct investigations.
  • For President Trump and members of his Cabinet as they work to improve and strengthen the nation's economy.
