Thank you for praying with us today. Here is your Daily Prayer Briefing.

THE DAILY PRAYER BRIEFING

Today, the Supreme Court will hear two cases regarding the right of U.S. individuals to sue anyone in federal court who traffics in property that the Cuban government confiscated under the Helms-Burton, or LIBERTAD, Act.

The House Committee on Agriculture, chaired by Representative GT Thompson of Pennsylvania, will be marking up the Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2026. The 2026 farm bill is intended to expand investments in rural communities, support science-backed management of national forests, and stabilize regulations for interstate commerce.

The House Committee on Rules, chaired by Representative Virginia Foxx, will meet to consider the Home Appliance Protection and Affordability Act and the Homeowner Energy Freedom Act.

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us ...
  • For the justices of the Supreme Court as they hear the two cases regarding LIBERTAD Act protections.
  • For members of the House committees as they deliberate on the details of the Farm Bill and the regulations for home appliances and energy.
  • For wisdom for President Trump and members of his Cabinet as they pursue policies to support the nation's economy and employment.
