THE DAILY PRAYER BRIEFING

President Donald Trump is going to participate in a public Bible reading today. The event is titled "America Reads The Bible."

President Trump will read a passage, via video, from 2 Chronicles 7:11-22, which includes: "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."

President Trump established the White House Faith Office within a month of being inaugurated to his second term. He then signed an executive order creating the Religious Liberty Commission within the Department of Justice in May 2025.

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us ...
  • For President Trump as he seeks to promote and defend faith in God and the Bible.
  • For the president and members of his administration as they seek to ensure the protection of religious liberty.
  • For Vice President Vance as he heads the U.S. delegation for peace negotiations in Pakistan.
  • For the Lord to draw the hearts and minds of U.S. citizens and governing officials to Him.
