Dear Prayer Team Member,

Thank you for being part of the National Day of Prayer Thursday. We are grateful for how many joined in prayer from across the nation.

Because IPrayRadio.org was so well received, we are continuing to stream member prayers through May 17. This extended time of shared prayer serves as a meaningful bridge--carrying us from the National Day of Prayer into the launch of the 250 Vigil.

We invite you to pledge a prayer time during the 250 Vigil, a united prayer effort to prepare our hearts and to rededicate our country to God as America approaches its 250th anniversary.

Click here to learn more about the 250 Vigil and to take the pledge.

National Day of Prayer resources are still available if you'd like to revisit them:

Thank you for continuing to pray faithfully, for our nation, its leaders, and what lies ahead. Here is your Daily Prayer Briefing.

THE DAILY PRAYER BRIEFING

President Donald Trump announced a temporary ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine this weekend.

President Trump stated, "I am pleased to announce that there will be a THREE DAY CEASEFIRE (May 9th, 10th, and 11th) in the War between Russia and Ukraine. The Celebration in Russia is for Victory Day but, likewise, in Ukraine, because they were also a big part and factor of World War II."

"This Ceasefire will include a suspension of all kinetic activity, and also a prison swap of 1,000 prisoners from each Country. This request was made directly by me, and I very much appreciate its agreement by President Vladimir Putin and President Volodymyr Zelenskyy," the president continued. "Hopefully, it is the beginning of the end of a very long, deadly, and hard fought War. Talks are continuing on ending this Major Conflict, the biggest since World War II, and we are getting closer and closer every day."

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us ...
  • For wisdom for the president and his advisors regarding global conflicts.
  • For President Trump and U.S. diplomats as they negotiate with foreign leaders and heads of state.
  • For the president to seek God's direction in his role as commander-in-chief.
