THE DAILY PRAYER BRIEFING

The Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry, chaired by Senator John Boozman of Arkansas, is holding a hearing on ensuring a stable and affordable supply of fertilizer for the nation's food producers.

Senate subcommittees are considering the oversight of the U.S. Copyright Office, modernization efforts in the U.S. Air Force, a hearing on the U.S. Special Operations Command, and funding for various federal agencies for the coming year.

House Appropriations Committee subcommittees on defense and housing are also meeting today to consider budget requests for the 2027 fiscal year.

The House Rules Committee, chaired by Representative Virginia Foxx, is holding a business meeting to consider legislation regarding cashless bail, the release of violent offenders, support for law enforcement officers, and limits on court-appointed monitors.
