The U.S. Postal Service is expected to formally publish a rule today, aligning with President Trump's March 31 executive order, to create data reporting standards that "can provide information regarding the sending of ballots through the mails that would be available for use by law enforcement."

A federal judge in Massachusetts is hearing a legal challenge to the president's order regarding mail-in ballots today.

Primary elections are being held in California, Iowa, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, and South Dakota today.

The senators and representatives are back in Washington, D.C., holding hearings on the 2027 fiscal year budget, the nation's economy, intelligence, and oversight of federal agencies.
