Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau is delivering remarks at the ASEAN Future Forum in Vietnam. He will also engage government officials and business leaders in discussions to advance economic and security cooperation under the U.S.-Vietnam Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.

Under Secretary for Public Diplomacy Sarah Rogers is concluding her regional tour in Turkmenistan. She has discussed partnerships in education, science, culture, and the digitalization of key economic sectors with Turkmen officials.

Today, the Senate Armed Services Committee, chaired by Senator Roger Wicker of Mississippi, will take up the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2027 after several of its subcommittees complete their markups.
