Dear Prayer Team Member,

As our nation celebrates Independence Day and reflects on America's 250th anniversary, we are reminded that true freedom was first modeled at Calvary -- when Jesus gave His life to set us free.

We invite you to watch "The Greatest Freedom Story" -- a powerful short video:

We invite you to join us for a favorite annual tradition -- I Pray Radio -- our special patriotic and sacred audio celebration. Streaming can be heard LIVE now and continues through Sunday, July 5 at IPrayRadio.org.

THE DAILY PRAYER BRIEFING

Happy Independence Day, from all of us at The Presidential Prayer Team!

President Donald Trump will speak at the Salute to America 250 Celebration and Fireworks at the Washington Monument.

The president announced the July 4th celebration last month, saying that the event "will honor our Country's People, Spirit, Strength, Resolve, and Triumphs." He added that "Military Bands, Orchestras, and Ceremonial Units will perform Patriotic Melodies and American Classics."

This week, President Trump stated, "The Fourth of July Airshow, over Washington, D.C., will be the biggest, by far, in the History of the United States of America," and that "Hundreds of Planes, of different types, sizes, and speeds, will be on display."

The fireworks display is scheduled to release over 850,000 fireworks from ten sites, and the show is expected to run for 40 minutes.

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us ...
  • With gratitude for the liberty God has given the United States as we celebrate the 250th anniversary of independence.
  • For President Trump as he commemorates the nation's semiquincentennial.
  • That the Lord would draw the hearts of officials in the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Branches of the federal government to freedom in Jesus as Lord and Savior.
