This past weekend's 250th anniversary celebrations in Washington, D.C., and cities and towns across America were truly spectacular -- memories that will be shared with generations to come. We are especially thankful that Almighty God was honored and lifted up throughout the observances.

We are grateful to report that we closed our Summer Matching Gift Challenge at more than 92% of our goal. A heartfelt thank you to the more than 1,100 friends from nearly every state who gave gifts of all sizes.

We will continue watching the mail over the next few days for any gifts still in transit and are trusting the Lord to provide the remaining balance. Your generosity will help sustain us through the summer months and strengthen our vital work as we prepare for Pray the Vote and our 25th anniversary celebrations in September.
