THE DAILY PRAYER BRIEFING

The House Committee on Rules, chaired by Representative Virginia Foxx of North Carolina, is holding a business meeting today.

The committee will consider the Sunshine Protection Act of 2025, which would make Daylight Saving Time permanent. The committee will also deliberate on the National Security, Department of State, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2027, the Take Care of America's Veterans Act, and the Protecting Privacy in Purchases Act.

The House Veterans Affairs Committee's Subcommittee on Technology Modernization, chaired by Representative Tom Barrett of Michigan, is holding an oversight hearing on "PACT Act Implementation: Modernizing VA Disability Claims Through Effective Technology."
